Mentoring Program for Mentoring Coordinators

The Peer Mentoring Coordinator Programme for Prison Staff was developed under the M4Pris project, an Erasmus+ initiative. This program leverages a multidisciplinary partnership involving organizations from Denmark, Portugal, Romania, Greece, and Belgium. It aims to enhance prison staff well-being and professional development through peer mentoring.

Training Curriculum

This Peer Mentoring Programme was developed as part of the M4Pris project. It was informed by the Blueprint of Prison Staff Mentoring, developed under WP2, with the aim of defining the structure of the mentoring programme.
