penitenciar) a desf\u0103\u0219urat o activitate dinamic\u0103 \u0219i plin\u0103 de substan\u021b\u0103 de \u00cenv\u0103\u021bare, Formare \u0219i Predare (LTTA) \u00een perioada 6\u20138 mai 2025. G\u0103zduit\u0103 de partenerul portughez al proiectului, Aproximar, manifestarea a avut loc \u00een cadrul unic al Penitenciarului pentru Tineri din Leiria.<\/p><p>LTTA a reunit 24 de participan\u021bi din \u0219apte organiza\u021bii partenere din Europa. Una dintre primele sesiuni importante a inclus o prezentare online sus\u021binut\u0103 de <strong>Peter De Cuyper de la Universitatea KU Leuven<\/strong>, care a \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it principalele concluzii din planul de baz\u0103 al proiectului pentru un program de mentorat destinat personalului penitenciar. Aceasta a oferit o funda\u021bie teoretic\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru sesiunile practice ce au urmat.<\/p><p>Cea de-a doua zi a fost dedicat\u0103 implement\u0103rii \u00een mediul real. <strong>Dorin Mure\u0219an, din partea partenerului nostru rom\u00e2n<\/strong>, Vis Juventum, liderou uma sess\u00e3o sobre a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de programas de mentoria em contexto prisional. Tal foi complementado por um interc\u00e2mbio aberto em que os parceiros partilharam experi\u00eancias dos programas-piloto nacionais conduzidos no \u00e2mbito do pacote de trabalho 3, debatendo desafios, \u00eaxitos e adapta\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias.<\/p><p>Participan\u021bii au beneficiat \u0219i de un tur ghidat al <strong>Penitenciarului pentru Tineri din Leiria<\/strong>, av\u00e2nd astfel ocazia s\u0103 observe direct mediul \u00een care mentoratul \u00eentre egali este implementat \u00een Portugalia. Penitenciarul este destinat tinerilor de\u021binu\u021bi cu v\u00e2rste \u00eentre 16 \u0219i 21 de ani (cu posibilitatea de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne p\u00e2n\u0103 la 25 de ani) \u0219i, ca atare, include investi\u021bii semnificative \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i formare profesional\u0103, printre care o cl\u0103dire dedicat\u0103 \u0219colii \u0219i un pavilion de instruire profesional\u0103.<\/p><p>Ultima zi a \u00eenceput cu o prelegere valoroas\u0103 sus\u021binut\u0103 <strong>de Ana Rita Pires de la IPS: Innovative Prison Systems, pe tema s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mintale \u00een mediul penitenciar<\/strong>. Tema central\u0103 a fost modul de recunoa\u0219tere \u0219i gestionare a semnelor de stres \u0219i epuizare \u00een r\u00e2ndul colegilor.
