Pe 15 mai 2025, partenerul nostru de proiect SNPP (Sindicatul Na\u021bional al Poli\u021bi\u0219tilor Penitenciare) a organizat un eveniment de con\u0219tientizare la Bucure\u0219ti pentru a prezenta proiectul M4Pris \u0219i rezultatele acestuia. Evenimentul a facilitat prezentarea cu succes obiectivele \u0219i progresul proiectului c\u0103tre un public cheie din sistemul penitencer rom\u00e2nesc.

Evenimentul s-a bucurat de o participare semnificativ\u0103, cu peste 40 de ofi\u021beri de penitenciare, din fiecare penitenciar din Rom\u00e2nia. Aceasta a urmat unei \u00eent\u00e2lniri anterioare \u00een care o prezentare concis\u0103 despre proiectul M4Pris a fost prezentat\u0103 tuturor directorilor de \u00eenchisori \u0219i conducerii de top a serviciului penitenciar, asigur\u00e2nd o con\u0219tientizare larg\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul factorilor interesa\u021bi.<\/div>\n

Obiectivul principal al acestui eveniment a fost de a oferi o imagine de ansamblu cuprinz\u0103toare a proiectului M4Pris, inclusiv cercetarea efectuat\u0103, sesiunile de instruire dezvoltate \u0219i procesul de mentorat \u00een curs. Aceast\u0103 component\u0103 de mentorat este testat\u0103 \u00een prezent \u00een 12 unit\u0103\u021bi penitenciare din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n

Participan\u021bii la eveniment au recunoscut rolul semnificativ al mentoratului, \u00een special av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere num\u0103rul tot mai mare de noi ofi\u021beri de penitenciare \u00een toate domeniile de activitate. A existat o primire pozitiv\u0103 a disponibilit\u0103\u021bii materialelor de instruire prin intermediul site-ului web al proiectului \u0219i al platformei de formare dedicate.<\/p>\nIni\u021biativa M4Pris a atras o aten\u021bie considerabil\u0103 din partea conducerii de top a Serviciului Penitenciar din Rom\u00e2nia.
