\u00een colaborare cu Sindicatul Ofi\u021berilor de Penitenciare din Danemarca, a desf\u0103\u0219urat o sesiune pilot esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru proiectul M4Pris. Aceast\u0103 sesiune s-a concentrat pe componentele de baz\u0103 ale proiectului: dezvoltarea unui program de mentorat \u00eentre colegi adaptat personalului penitenciar (WP3) \u0219i crearea unui curs de formare cuprinz\u0103tor pentru coordonatorii de mentorat (WP4).<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Principalii participan\u021bi au inclus membri ai consiliului Sindicatului Ofi\u021berilor de Penitenciare din Danemarca, a c\u0103ror expertiz\u0103 \u0219i perspective au fost deosebit de valoroase. Ace\u0219tia au parcurs modulele programului, care au \u00eembinat metode de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare asincron\u0103 \u0219i sincron\u0103, \u0219i au participat activ la discu\u021biile de grup.<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceste discu\u021bii au abordat aspecte esen\u021biale ale mentoratului \u00eentre colegi, precum:<\/p><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Gestionarea discu\u021biilor dificile dintre mentor \u0219i mentee<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Identificarea \u0219i gestionarea factorilor de stres din mediul penitenciar<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Rezolvarea poten\u021bialelor conflicte \u00een rela\u021bia mentor\u2013mentee<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00cen\u021belegerea proceselor fundamentale ale unui mentorat eficient<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Feedback-ul colectat \u00een urma acestor exerci\u0163ii va fi esen\u0163ial pentru rafinarea programului de mentorat \u00eentre colegi, care \u00ee\u015fi propune s\u0103 diminueze problemele de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103, epuizarea profesional\u0103 \u015fi stresul legat de munc\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul personalului penitenciar.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcfad9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fcfad9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Vizit\u0103 colaborativ\u0103 la Penitenciarul Storstr\u00f8m<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1858dbb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1858dbb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"translation-block\">Pentru avansarea obiectivelor proiectului, o delega\u021bie din partea SNPP \u201ePoli\u021bia Penitenciar\u0103\u201d (Sindicatul National al Poli\u021bi\u0219tilor de Penitenciare din Rom\u00e2nia) \u0219i BrainLog, \u00een colaborare cu Sindicatul Ofi\u021berilor de Penitenciare din Danemarca, a vizitat Penitenciarul Storstr\u00f8m pe 3 decembrie. Aceast\u0103 vizit\u0103 reprezentat o oportunitate de schimb de cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i colaborare, concentr\u00e2ndu-se pe obiectivele proiectului.<\/div><div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Discu\u021biile din timpul vizitei s-au concentrat pe obiectivele comune ale sindicatelor ofi\u021berilor de penitenciare, inclusiv acordurile colective, condi\u021biile de munc\u0103 \u0219i negocierile cu guvernul. O parte semnificativ\u0103 a discu\u021biilor a fost dedicat\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103 cu care se confrunt\u0103 ofi\u021berii de penitenciare.<\/span><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0c6032 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f0c6032\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Obiectivele \u0219i Impactul Proiectului<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbd5b61 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bbd5b61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"translation-block\">Proiectul M4Pris \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 introduc\u0103 metode \u0219i instrumente de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare inovatoare pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi preg\u0103tirea profesional\u0103 a ofi\u021berilor de penitenciar, \u00een special \u00een \u021b\u0103rile unde programele formale de mentorat lipsesc. Prin furnizarea de competen\u021be practice \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi moderne personalului, proiectul urm\u0103re\u0219te crearea unui mediu penitenciar mai eficient, care prioritizeaz\u0103 securitatea, reabilitarea \u0219i bun\u0103starea ofi\u021berilor.
