In data 20 noiembrie, consor\u021biul M4Pris a organizat o \u00eent\u00e2lnire online cu domnul Goran Risteski, pre\u0219edintele Uniunii Penitenciarelor din Macedonia de Nord, pentru a discuta colabor\u0103ri viitoare \u0219i extinderea impactului proiectului M4Pris. Urm\u0103rind evolu\u021bia proiectului, domnul Goran Risteski a fost \u00eenc\u00e2ntat de obiectivele \u0219i realiz\u0103rile acestuia, care vizeaz\u0103 nevoile stringente ale personalului penitenciar prin solu\u021bii inovatoare de mentorat \u0219i formare \u00eentre colegi.<\/p>

De\u0219i parteneriatul de baz\u0103 al M4Pris r\u0103m\u00e2ne solid, aceast\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lnire a explorat extinderea impactului proiectului dincolo de \u021b\u0103rile partenere ini\u021bial vizate, incluz\u00e2nd \u0219i Nordul Macedoniei prin colabor\u0103ri cu parteneri asocia\u021bi, precum Uniunea Penitenciarelor din Macedonia de Nord.<\/span><\/div>

Aceast\u0103 colaborare, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu implicarea Uniunii Na\u021bionale a Penitenciarelor din Rom\u00e2nia, pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 M4Pris pentru a avea un impact mai puternic \u00een \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/div>

Proiectul M4Pris, intitulat \u201ePeer Mentoring for Prison Staff\u201d, se concentreaz\u0103 pe elaborarea unei metodologii verzi de formare \u0219i pe dezvoltarea unor programe inovatoare de mentorat pentru consolidarea capacit\u0103\u021bii personalului penitenciar. Consor\u021biul M4Pris este o coali\u021bie solid\u0103 de exper\u021bi, format\u0103 din BrainLog (coordonator de proiect), F\u00e6ngselsforbundet (Federa\u021bia Penitenciarelor din Danemarca), Approximar (Portugalia), SNPP, Sindicatul Na\u021bional al Poli\u021bi\u0219tilor din Penitenciare (Rom\u00e2nia), KU Leuven (Belgia), Asocia\u021bia Vis Juventum (Rom\u00e2nia) \u0219i Athens Lifelong Learning Institute (Grecia).<\/p>

Prin abordarea lacunelor \u00een resurse \u0219i instrumente pentru sistemul de justi\u021bie, proiectul contribuie la un dezvoltare profesional\u0103 flexibil\u0103 \u0219i personalizat\u0103 pentru personalul din \u00eentreaga Europ\u0103. De asemenea, urm\u0103re\u0219te alinierea practicilor la standardele europene privind personalul penitenciar, asigur\u00e2nd reguli unitare care promoveaz\u0103 condi\u021bii de munc\u0103 mai bune, protec\u021bii sporite pentru angajatori \u0219i rezultate \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bite pentru angaja\u021bi.<\/span><\/div><\/div>

Aceast\u0103 aliniere la standardele europene reprezint\u0103 o baz\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 consor\u021biul recunoa\u0219te necesitatea de a merge mai departe prin abordarea unor lacune specifice \u00een formarea \u0219i dezvoltarea profesional\u0103 a personalului penitenciar. \u00cen acest context, proiectul M4Pris contribuie la formularea de recomand\u0103ri de politic\u0103 public\u0103 cu impact, gener\u00e2nd schimb\u0103ri benefice pentru personal \u0219i mediul lor de lucru.
