Asocia\u021bia Interna\u021bional\u0103 pentru Corec\u021bie \u0219i Penitenciare (ICPA) a g\u0103zduit un webinar care a reunit peste \u0219aizeci de profesioni\u0219ti din \u00eentreaga lume. Evenimentul s-a axat \u00een special pe necesitatea organiz\u0103rii de cursuri de formare specializate, oferirii de suport continuu \u0219i mentorat pentru personalul penitenciar \u00een secolul al XXI-lea.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pornind de la o serie de studii de caz \u0219i exemple, precum Experimentul de la Stanford \u0219i abordarea unic\u0103 a Norvegiei privind formarea ofi\u021berilor de penitenciare, vorbitorii webinarului au subliniat rolul complex al personalului de proba\u021biune \u0219i penitenciar. Experien\u021ba Rom\u00e2niei \u00een formarea personalului, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu importan\u021ba mentoratului \u00een context penitenciar, au fost, de asemenea, subiecte centrale ale agendei webinarului. Cu aceast\u0103 ocazie, Adrian Neagoe a prezentat proiectul M4Pris.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adrian Neagoe, reprezentant al Sindicatului Na\u021bional al Poli\u021bi\u0219tilor de Penitenciare (SNPP), partener \u00een proiectul M4Pris, a prezentat abordarea inovatoare a proiectului de a \u00eemputernici personalul penitenciar prin mentorat \u00eentre colegi.
