Echipa BrainLog a avut pl\u0103cerea de a g\u0103zdui consor\u021biul pentru \u00eent\u00e2lnirea de lansare a proiectului Erasmus+ \"Mentorat de la egal la egal pentru personalul penitenciarului\" (M4PRIS) \u00een Danemarca. \"Mentoratul de la egal la egal pentru personalul penitenciarului\" (M4PRIS) este un proiect de proiectare \u0219i dezvoltare a unui manual educa\u021bional inovator pentru poli\u021bi\u0219tii de penitenciare. Lansarea proiectului a fost g\u0103zduit\u0103 \u00een Odense, Danemarca, de BrainLog \u0219i sus\u021binut\u0103 de Sindicatul Ofi\u021berilor de Penitenciare Danezi (F\u00e6ngselsforbundet i Danmark), unde, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu to\u021bi partenerii, a fost organizat\u0103 o vizit\u0103 la \u00eenchisoarea de stat S\u00f8bys\u00f8g\u00e5rd. Au fost prezentate diferite programe educa\u021bionale, inclusiv un program inovator pentru dresura c\u00e2inilor de serviciu.<\/p>

C\u00e2ini, pisici \u0219i vaci \u00een \u00eenchisoare? Aceasta este o raritate \u00een majoritatea \u021b\u0103rilor, dar nu \u0219i \u00een Danemarca. Unii dintre partenerii europeni ai Asocia\u021biei Penitenciarelor au vizitat \u00eenchisoarea S\u00f8bys\u00f8g\u00e5rd pentru a-\u0219i face o impresie despre modul \u00een care sunt gestionate penitenciarele din aceast\u0103 \u021bar\u0103. Li s-a oferit un tur al sec\u021biunii deschise cu agricultur\u0103 \u0219i a celei \u00eenchise cu c\u00e2ini de serviciu. Managerii de unitate, Annette Damgaard \u0219i Annette Lysgaard, au fost responsabili pentru organizarea turului. Au fost bine primi\u021bi de de\u021binu\u021bi, care au vorbit despre via\u021ba lor de zi cu zi \u0219i despre cooperarea cu personalul. Proiectul este o colaborare a partenerilor care vin din diferite \u021b\u0103ri \u0219i lucreaz\u0103 pentru un scop comun; pentru a dezvolta urm\u0103toarele rezultate:<\/p>

1. Plan de mentorat al personalului penitenciarului;<\/p>

2. Program de mentorat de la egal la egal pentru personalul penitenciarului;<\/p>
