Mentoria entre Pares para trabalhadores em contexto prisional na Europa, culminou em dois eventos consecutivos significativos em <strong>17 e 18 de junho de 2025, em Nyborg<\/strong>, Dinamarca. Organizados pelo coordenador do projeto <strong>BrainLog<\/strong> , e pela <strong>Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Dinamarquesa dos Estabelecimentos Prisionais<\/strong>, estes eventos reuniram parceiros e partes interessadas para celebrar tr\u00eas anos de trabalho colaborativo e tra\u00e7ar um rumo para o futuro do desenvolvimento profissional nos servi\u00e7os prisionais.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">O cen\u00e1rio \u00fanico para a reuni\u00e3o do projeto e a confer\u00eancia final foi a pris\u00e3o de Nyborg, fornecendo um pano de fundo poderoso e relevante para as class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O primeiro dia foi dedicado \u00e0 \u00faltima Reuni\u00e3o Transnacional  do Projeto (TPM), reunindo representantes de todas as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras para finalizar os resultados do projeto.<\/p><p>Durante a reuni\u00e3o intensiva, os parceiros debateram os resultados finais do projeto, refletiram sobre as li\u00e7\u00f5es aprendidas com os programas-piloto de mentoria entre pares implementados em toda a Europa e partilharam abordagens estrat\u00e9gicas para garantir a sustentabilidade da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednuas de profissionais para profissionais em contexto prisional.<\/p><p>O dia terminou com uma visita cultural \u00e0 Destilaria Nyborg, oferecendo aos M4Pris<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0ac5f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0ac5f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No dia seguinte, o M4Pris abriu portas a um p\u00fablico mais amplo para a Confer\u00eancia Final, realizada dentro dos muros da pris\u00e3o de alta seguran\u00e7a em Nyborg.<\/p><p>Este evento de impacto reuniu profissionais do contexto prisional, acad\u00e9micos, institui\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, investigadores e partes interessadas do setor judicial de cinco pa\u00edses da UE. Todos estavam unidos pela miss\u00e3o partilhada de melhorar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua e promover uma for\u00e7a de trabalho prisional profissional, resiliente e bem apoiada.<\/p><p>Um dos pontos altos da confer\u00eancia foi a rara oportunidade de os participantes fazerem uma visita guiada dentro da \u00e1rea de alta seguran\u00e7a da pris\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s uma rece\u00e7\u00e3o formal do Diretor da Pris\u00e3o de Nyborg, os participantes testemunharam as instala\u00e7\u00f5es das pessoas privadas de liberdade, as atividades di\u00e1rias e os deveres operacionais dos trabalhadores prisionais, oferecendo um contexto do mundo real para o trabalho do projeto.<\/p><p>A agenda da confer\u00eancia inclu\u00eda:<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">Apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es interativas em que os Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Prisional Dinamarquesa partilharam conhecimentos em primeira m\u00e3o sobre as suas responsabilidades di\u00e1rias e a pr\u00e1tica da mentoria entre pares na Dinamarca.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Debates aprofundados comparando os diferentes sistemas prisionais, desafios e solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Di\u00e1logo significativo desencadeado pelo passeio pelos ambientes seguros e reabilitadores da pris\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p>A confer\u00eancia abordou diretamente os desafios cr\u00edticos que os sistemas prisionais enfrentam em toda a Europa, incluindo a escassez de pessoal, o esgotamento profissional e as elevadas taxas de rotatividade.
