realizou uma din\u00e2mica e inspiradora atividade de Aprendizagem, Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e Ensino (LTTA) de 6 a 8 de maio de 2025. Organizado pelo parceiro portugu\u00eas, a Aproximar, o evento decorreu no cen\u00e1rio \u00fanico do Estabelecimento Prisional de Leiria-Jovens.<\/p><p>O LTTA reuniu 24 participantes de sete organiza\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras de toda a Europa. Uma importante sess\u00e3o inicial contou com uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o online de <strong>Peter De Cuyper, da Universidade KU Leuven<\/strong>, que partilhou as principais conclus\u00f5es do blueprint do projeto para um programa de mentoria para trabalhadores do sistema prisional. Esta sess\u00e3o inicial forneceu uma base te\u00f3rica crucial para as sess\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas que se seguiram.<\/p><p>O segundo dia centrou-se na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o no mundo real. <strong>Dorin Muresan, do nosso parceiro romeno<\/strong>, Vis Juventum, liderou uma sess\u00e3o sobre a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de programas de mentoria em contexto prisional. Tal foi complementado por um interc\u00e2mbio aberto em que os parceiros partilharam experi\u00eancias dos programas-piloto nacionais conduzidos no \u00e2mbito do pacote de trabalho 3, debatendo desafios, \u00eaxitos e adapta\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias.<\/p><p>Os participantes receberam ainda uma visita guiada ao <strong>Estabelecimento Prisional de Leiria-Jovens<\/strong>, oferecendo um olhar em primeira m\u00e3o sobre o ambiente onde a mentoria entre pares est\u00e1 a ser implementada em Portugal. O estabelecimento prisional destina-se a jovens adultos com idades compreendidas entre os 16 e os 21 anos (com possibilidade de perman\u00eancia at\u00e9 aos 25 anos) e, como tal, apresenta um investimento significativo na educa\u00e7\u00e3o e na forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, incluindo um edif\u00edcio escolar espec\u00edfico e um pavilh\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional.<\/p><p>O \u00faltimo dia come\u00e7ou com uma perspicaz palestra sobre sa\u00fade <strong>mental em contexto prisional, liderada pela convidada Ana Rita Pires da IPS<\/strong>: Innovative Prison Systems. Um tema central foi como reconhecer e responder a sinais de stress e esgotamento nos colegas.
