No dia 15 de maio de 2025, o nosso parceiro de projeto SNPP (National Trade Union of Prison Police Officers \u2013 em Portugu\u00eas: Sindicato Nacional dos Agentes Penitenci\u00e1rios) organizou um evento de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em Bucareste para apresentar o projeto M4Pris e os seus resultados. O evento divulgou os objetivos e o progresso do projeto junto de um p\u00fablico-alvo importante do sistema prisional romeno.

O evento contou com uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o significativa, com a presen\u00e7a de 40 profissionais do sistema prisional, em representa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os estabelecimentos prisionais da Rom\u00e9nia. Este evento seguiu-se a uma reuni\u00e3o, na qual foi feita uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o concisa sobre o projeto M4Pris a todos os diretores de estabelecimentos prisionais da Rom\u00e9nia e aos altos respons\u00e1veis dos servi\u00e7os penitenci\u00e1rios, garantindo uma ampla sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o entre as principais partes interessadas.<\/div>\n

O foco principal deste evento foi fornecer uma vis\u00e3o geral abrangente do projeto M4Pris, incluindo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o realizada, as sess\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o desenvolvidas e o processo de mentoria em curso. Esta componente de mentoria est\u00e1 atualmente a ser testada em 12 unidades prisionais em toda a Rom\u00e9nia.<\/p>\n

Os participantes do evento reconheceram o papel significativo da mentoria, especialmente devido ao n\u00famero crescente de novos profissionais em todas as \u00e1reas de trabalho. Houve uma recep\u00e7\u00e3o positiva \u00e0 disponibilidade de materiais de forma\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s do site do projeto e da plataforma de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dedicada.<\/p>\nA iniciativa M4Pris atraiu consider\u00e1vel aten\u00e7\u00e3o da alta administra\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o prisional romeno.
