da BrainLog, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o Sindicato Dinamarqu\u00eas dos Guardas Prisionais, realizou uma sess\u00e3o-piloto fundamental no \u00e2mbito do projeto M4Pris. Esta sess\u00e3o centrou-se nos principais componentes do projeto: o desenvolvimento de um programa de mentoria entre pares adaptado a profissionais do contexto prisional (WP3) e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente para coordenadores de mentoria (WP4).<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Entre os participantes de destaque estiveram membros da dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Sindicato Dinamarqu\u00eas dos Guardas Prisionais, cujos conhecimentos e contributos se revelaram inestim\u00e1veis. Estes envolveram-se nos m\u00f3dulos do programa, que combinaram m\u00e9todos de aprendizagem ass\u00edncronos e s\u00edncronos, e participaram ativamente em discuss\u00f5es em grupo.<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As discuss\u00f5es abordaram aspetos essenciais da mentoria entre pares, tais como:<\/p><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Condu\u00e7\u00e3o de conversas desafiantes entre mentores e mentorados<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de fatores de stress no ambiente prisional<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de potenciais conflitos na rela\u00e7\u00e3o mentor\u2013mentorando<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Compreens\u00e3o dos processos fundamentais de uma mentoria eficaz<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">O feedback recolhido nestes exerc\u00edcios ser\u00e1 crucial para o aperfei\u00e7oamento do programa de mentoria entre pares, cujo objetivo \u00e9 reduzir problemas de sa\u00fade mental, burnout e stress relacionados com o trabalho entre profissionais do contexto prisional.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcfad9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fcfad9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Visita Colaborativa \u00e0 Pris\u00e3o de Storstr\u00f8m<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1858dbb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1858dbb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"translation-block\">No seguimento dos objetivos do projeto, uma delega\u00e7\u00e3o do SNPP Poli\u021bia Penitenciar\u0103 (Sindicato Romeno dos Guardas Prisionais) e da BrainLog, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o Sindicato Dinamarqu\u00eas dos Guardas Prisionais, visitou a pris\u00e3o de Storstr\u00f8m no dia 3 de dezembro. Esta visita constituiu uma oportunidade de partilha de conhecimento e de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, com foco nos objetivos do projeto Briss.<\/div><div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">As discuss\u00f5es incidiram sobre os objetivos comuns dos sindicatos de guardas prisionais, incluindo acordos coletivos, condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e negocia\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais. Ao dotar estes profissionais de compet\u00eancias pr\u00e1ticas e modernas, o projeto procura promover um ambiente prisional mais eficaz, que valorize a seguran\u00e7a, a reinser\u00e7\u00e3o e o bem-estar dos trabalhadores.
