Em janeiro de 2025, o Estabelecimento Prisional de Leiria-Jovens acolheu um Curso de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Mentores realizado no \u00e2mbito do projeto M4Pris. Este curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi ministrado pela Aproximar, Cooperativa de Solidariedade Social, CRL, e implementado no Estabelecimento Prisional de Leiria-Jovens em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de Reinser\u00e7\u00e3o e Servi\u00e7os Prisionais (DGRSP), com o objetivo de dotar os mentores das compet\u00eancias e ferramentas necess\u00e1rias para garantir um Programa de Mentoria entre Pares eficaz para os profissionais do sistema prisional<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
O grupo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de mentores incluiu profissionais de diversas origens, representando diversos g\u00e9neros, idades e anos de experi\u00eancia no sistema prisional. Estes mentores s\u00e3o funcion\u00e1rios da DGRSP no Estabelecimento Prisional de Leiria-Jovens, onde cada um desempenha fun\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas. Um total de 18 profissionais participou nas sess\u00f5es, divididos igualmente entre 9 homens e 9 mulheres.<\/div><\/div>

A forma\u00e7\u00e3o seguiu um formato de forma\u00e7\u00e3o mista (b-learning), combinando sess\u00f5es online ass\u00edncronas com sess\u00f5es presenciais s\u00edncronas. Esta abordagem permitiu aos participantes compreenderem profundamente o conte\u00fado te\u00f3rico ao seu pr\u00f3prio ritmo, antes de o aplicarem em exerc\u00edcios pr\u00e1ticos durante as sess\u00f5es presenciais.<\/span>\u00a0<\/div><\/div>

Durante as sess\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, foram utilizados v\u00e1rios m\u00e9todos, incluindo apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es, debates, exerc\u00edcios pr\u00e1ticos, atividades em grupo e dramatiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Este ambiente interativo incentivou a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa e a troca de experi\u00eancias entre os participantes.<\/span>.<\/div>

At the end, participants evaluated the training and praised the clarity of the explanations and the simplicity of the event, highlighting the effectiveness of the teaching methods used. One participant mentioned, \u201cGood presentation of the programme, good explanation, and above all, the simplicity of the event<\/i>\u201d. Another participant recommended the content, stating, \u201cThe content was interesting. I recommend it!<\/i>\u201d<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
