International Correctional and Prison Association (ICPA) organizou um webinar que reuniu mais de sessenta (60) profissionais de todo o mundo. O webinar centrou-se principalmente na discuss\u00e3o da necessidade de forma\u00e7\u00e3o especializada, apoio constante e mentoria para profissionais que exercem a sua atividade em meio prisional no s\u00e9culo XXI.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baseando-se num conjunto de estudos de caso e exemplos, como a Experi\u00eancia da Pris\u00e3o de Stanford e a abordagem \u00fanica da Noruega \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de guardas prisionais, os oradores do webinar destacaram o papel multifacetado destes profissionais que exercem a sua atividade em meio prisional. A experi\u00eancia romena na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de profissionais, juntamente com o papel vital da mentoria no contexto prisional, tamb\u00e9m foram t\u00f3picos chave inclu\u00eddos na agenda do webinar. Neste contexto, Adrian Neagoe falou sobre o projeto M4Pris.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adrian Neagoe, representante do Sindicato do Corpo da Guarda Prisional (SNPP), e parceiro da iniciativa M4Pris, apresentou a abordagem inovadora desta iniciativa para capacitar os profissionais atrav\u00e9s da mentoria entre pares.
