develop, pilot, and finetune a training course for prison personnel responsible for the development of staff competence Blueprint<\/li><li>Recruitment of 2 prison personnel responsible for the development of staff competence level in each partner country<\/li><li>Pilot implementation of the training course for mentoring coordinators in Portugal, Romania, Denmark, and Greece with 8 prison personnel in total.<\/li><li>Organisation of a three-day transnational training event in Portugal, involving partners staff and national criminal justice agencies representatives, Prison administrations, Prison Unions, NGOs, and other CJS stakeholders, presenting the pilot national experiences, and M4Pris
