Considerando o papel fundamental dos trabalhadores no contexto prisional para a reinser\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas privadas de liberdade e para uma gest\u00e3o di\u00e1ria bem-sucedida dos estabelecimentos prisionais, a iniciativa M4Pris apresenta uma forma inovadora de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o organizacional, impulsionada por uma metodologia de forma\u00e7\u00e3o em formato b-learning, com ramifica\u00e7\u00f5es e benef\u00edcios para o sistema de justi\u00e7a como um todo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Quem trabalha em estabelecimentos prisionais depara-se geralmente com um local de trabalho muito stressante e de elevado risco<\/strong>. Sendo centrais a estes estabelecimentos, os profissionais em meio prisional s\u00e3o confrontados com desafios<\/strong> care adesea sunt o povar\u0103. Mediul de lucru particular al institu\u021biilor corec\u021bionale, cum ar fi responsabilitatea de a supraveghea \u0219i securiza o popula\u021bie poten\u021bial necooperant\u0103, manipulatoare \u0219i violent\u0103, exacerbeaz\u0103 probabilitatea de burnout \u00e9 maior nos profissionais dos estabelecimentos prisionais do que na popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral.<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

Os profissionais que trabalham em estabelecimentos prisionais est\u00e3o expostos a fatores de stress prejudiciais. \nEstes fatores de stress s\u00e3o resultado das tarefas e ambiente de trabalho, e<\/strong> t\u00eam consequ\u00eancias<\/strong> tanto a n\u00edvel individual \u2013 problemas de sa\u00fade mental e f\u00edsica, incluindo depresie, anxietate, tulbur\u0103ri de somn, burnout, abuz de substan\u021be, pensionare anticipat\u0103 \u0219i boli coronariene<\/strong> como a n\u00edvel da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 aumento do n\u00edvel de rotatividade, absente\u00edsmo, insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o no trabalho, reforma antecipada dos trabalhadores, diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho no trabalho e comprometimento organizacional.<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A import\u00e2ncia e a responsabilidade crescente destes profissionais para com o bem-estar e a reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas privadas de liberdade est\u00e1 bem documentada. Al\u00e9m disso, sistemas prisionais eficazes devem proporcionar padr\u00f5es de cuidados de sa\u00fade equivalentes aos dispon\u00edveis na comunidade, tal como referido nos v\u00e1rios instrumentos internacionais (por exemplo, nas Regras M\u00ednimas das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para o Tratamento de Reclusos, tamb\u00e9m conhecidas como as Regras de Nelson Mandela)e refor\u00e7ado pelo programa OMS\/Europa Sa\u00fade nas Pris\u00f5es. O sucesso dos servi\u00e7os prisionais depende da gest\u00e3o destes fatores de stress profissional e das suas consequ\u00eancias atrav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1ticas laborais modernas, eficazes e eficientes.<\/strong>. Tal s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 ser alcan\u00e7ado quando a administra\u00e7\u00e3o e os profissionais das pris\u00f5es compreenderem plenamente e desenvolverem uma abordagem whole-prison (que contemple todo o estabelecimento)<\/strong> que aborde de forma hol\u00edstica a sa\u00fade e o bem-estar de quem est\u00e1 privado de liberdade, dos profissionais e da comunidade em geral.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Para promover e prestar servi\u00e7os prisionais de qualidade, a gest\u00e3o destes fatores de stress ocupacionais, e das suas consequ\u00eancias, torna-se de extrema import\u00e2ncia. Neste sentido, a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o subjacente \u00e0 iniciativa M4Pris \u00e9 abordar esta quest\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um programa de mentoria entre pares para os profissionais dos estabelecimentos prisionais \u2013 uma pr\u00e1tica moderna, eficaz e eficiente.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Por um lado, a iniciativa oferece a oportunidade de promover a sa\u00fade em estabelecimentos prisionais atrav\u00e9s de uma abordagem que contempla todo o sistema, diminuindo os n\u00edveis de stress ocupacional e burnout entre os profissionais. Paralelamente, contribui para a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das administra\u00e7\u00f5es e profissionais para os fatores ambientais, organizacionais e pessoais que apoiam ou prejudicam a sa\u00fade e o bem-estar de quem est\u00e1 privado de liberdade, do pessoal prisional e da comunidade em geral. Por outro lado, apesar do interesse crescente e dos resultados promissores, as estrat\u00e9gias de interven\u00e7\u00e3o de mentoria entre pares para o pessoal prisional t\u00eam recebido pouca aten\u00e7\u00e3o emp\u00edrica, permitindo assim \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es europeias estar na vanguarda do desenvolvimento de pr\u00e1ticas baseadas na evid\u00eancia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
