and improved learning tools adequate to the digital and green transition<\/li><li>to produce a mentoring programme adequately evaluated and fine-tuned,<\/li><li>to contribute to the peer mentoring for prison staff literature with empirical evidence, and<\/li><li>to improve prison staff mental and physical health while diminishing job burnout and class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Development of the modules, the detailed activities and learning outcomes, time allocation, and facilitator\u00b4s guidelines for a training programme targeted at potential mentors<\/li><li>Development of a blended training programme. The training programme will be available in 5 languages (English, Greek, Danish, Romanian, and Portuguese).<\/li><li>Recruitment and training of 15 prison officers per country (apart from Belgium) for the mentor training programme. The programme will last for three months.<\/li><li>Mentoring activities: the trained mentors will be paired with mentees and implement a mentoring process for four
