gennemf\u00f8rten F\u00e6ngselsforbundet samarbejde med BrainLog-teamet en afg\u00f8rende pilotsession for M4Pris-projektet. Denne session koncentrerede sig om projektets kernekomponenter: Udviklingen af et peer-mentorprogram skr\u00e6ddersyet til f\u00e6ngselspersonale (WP3) og oprettelsen af et omfattende tr\u00e6ningskursus for mentorkoordinatorer (WP4).<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Blandt de vigtigste deltagere var bestyrelsesmedlemmer fra F\u00e6ngselsforbundet, hvis ekspertise og indsigt viste sig at v\u00e6re uvurderlig. De engagerede sig i programmets moduler, som omfattede b\u00e5de asynkrone og synkrone l\u00e6ringsmetoder, og deltog aktivt i gruppediskussioner.<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disse diskussioner d\u00e6kkede vigtige aspekter af peer-mentoring, som feks:<\/p><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">H\u00e5ndtering af udfordrende samtaler mellem mentorer og elevever<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Identificering og h\u00e5ndtering af stressfaktorer i f\u00e6ngselsmilj\u00f8et<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">L\u00f8sning af potentielle konflikter i mentor-mentee-forhold<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Forst\u00e5else af de grundl\u00e6ggende processer i effective mentoring.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Den feedback, der indsamles fra disse \u00f8velser, vil medvirke til at forbedre peer-mentorprogrammet, som har til form\u00e5l at mindske mentale sundhedsproblemer, udbr\u00e6ndthed og jobrelateret stress blandt f\u00e6ngselspersonalet.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcfad9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fcfad9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">F\u00e6lles bes\u00f8g i Storstr\u00f8m F\u00e6ngsel<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1858dbb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1858dbb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"translation-block\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Furthering the project\u2019s goals, a delegation from SNPP Politia Penitenciara (The Romanian Prison Officers Union) and BrainLog, in collaboration with the Danish Prison Officers Union, visited Storstr\u00f8m Prison on December 3<sup>rd<\/sup>. This visit provided an opportunity for knowledge sharing and collaboration, focusing on the objectives of the briss project.<\/span><\/div><div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span lang=\"EN-US\">Diskussionerne under bes\u00f8get drejede sig om de f\u00e6lles m\u00e5l for f\u00e6ngselsbetjentenes fagforeninger, herunder kollektive overenskomster, arbejdsforhold og politiske forhandlinger.
