17.02.2025 blev de tidlige faser af mentorprogrammet evalueret i separate sessioner med koordinatorer, mentorer og mentees. Diskussionerne lagde v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 effektiv relationsopbygning, implementering af tr\u00e6ningsprotokoller og planl\u00e6gning af formelle cyklusafslutninger. Samlet set understregede feedbacken behovet for l\u00f8bende evaluering, struktureret st\u00f8tte og klar kommunikation for at opn\u00e5 vedvarende succes.<\/span>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>M\u00f8de med koordinatorer<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">P\u00e5 det f\u00f8rste m\u00f8de samledes koordinatorerne for at evaluere de tidlige faser af mentorprocessen, som allerede var g\u00e5et fra rekruttering og udv\u00e6lgelse til aktiv mentoring. Having already undergone comprehensive training and having been carefully matched with mentees, the mentors reflected on how these preparatory steps were influencing their practical engagements. They discussed the structure of their current interactions and evaluated whether the established objectives were being met. Mentors highlighted the value of regular, structured contact and how it was allowing them to adjust their guidance to suit the individual needs of their mentees. They also recognized the importance of a predetermined endpoint in the mentoring cycle\u2014not as a limit on their support, but as a milestone for eventual reflection and formal closure. This forward-looking approach was seen as essential for evaluating progress and reinforcing accountability. Throughout the session <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">mentors expressed appreciation for the continued follow-up and support provided by the program organizer\u2019s, which had helped them swiftly address any challenges and maintain a constructive mentoring environment<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>M\u00f8de med mentees<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">P\u00e5 det sidste m\u00f8de fremlagde mentees deres perspektiver p\u00e5 den indledende fase af mentorprocessen. De fortalte, hvordan rekrutterings-, udv\u00e6lgelses- og matchningsfaserne effektivt havde sat dem p\u00e5 vej mod et st\u00f8ttende og produktivt mentorforhold. Mentees diskuterede fordelene ved de regelm\u00e6ssige, strukturerede m\u00f8der med deres mentorer og gav feedback p\u00e5, hvordan disse interaktioner hjalp dem med at n\u00e5 deres udviklingsm\u00e5l.
